Cindy’s Journey

My journey into UX design is deeply rooted in my upbringing. Taught by my father, a researcher, I learned early on to identify and analyze problems, propose solutions, and test them.

His exploratory spirit towards work and life profoundly influenced me, sparking my curiosity in data analysis. This curiosity grew into a strong interest in how data affects economic and business development, leading me to pursue a degree in business.

Now, as a UX designer, my philosophy is really simple: bridging the gap between user needs and business goals. increase customer satisfaction because happy customers mean more profit. With that in mind, I not only focus on user’s needs, but also obsess over finding overlaps – where customer needs meet business goals.
